Chus Pérez

GENERAL DIRECTOR

Chus Pérez was born in Pamplona and moved to Barcelona at a young age. In 1984, she completed her university studies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She also studied at the University of Mons (Belgium) and spent a year at the Pushkin Institute in Moscow. She decided to make Sitges her permanent home, a town she adores. For ten years, she balanced her work as a notary officer with managing real estate investments, mainly in the cities of Barcelona and Sitges. She earned her qualifications as a Real Estate Expert and a Certified Real Estate Agent (API) and opened the first Finques Parellades office on Parellades Street in Sitges, where she handled all aspects of real estate operations for several years.

Under Chus Pérez's leadership, Finques Parellades continued to grow significantly. This growth culminated in the opening of a second real estate agency located in the beautiful premises on San Francisco Street in Sitges. A few years later, Finques Parellades opened its third office near San Sebastián beach, on the busy Santiago Rusiñol Street.

Chus Pérez has achieved her greatest real estate achievement with the formation of an absolutely complete and stable team that meets all the human and professional characteristics that a real estate team must possess.

Paula Oliveras

Paula Oliveras graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Barcelona. She has lived for extended periods in the USA, England, and France to continue her education or carry out Event Organization projects. She speaks fluent English and French, in addition to her native languages, Spanish and Catalan. After completing a master's degree in Real Estate Consulting and obtaining the API certification, she joined Finques Parellades. Solving-capacity, entrepreneurial and empathic she combines commercial, advertising and management support.

Enrica Maldonado

Enrica joined our team in April 2005. After relocating, she left behind 13 years of experience in the accounting department and joined the real estate sector. Her ability to connect with people, convey trust and empathy, along with her deep knowledge of the Sitges real estate market, makes her a highly valued professional. Pachi Oliveras

Pachi graduated in Administration and Finance in 2014. He later studied a degree in Psychology at the University of Barcelona, where he collaborated with the Department of Quantitative Psychology in evaluating motivational profiles within organizational settings. He enhanced his professional profile by improving his English proficiency at Education First in Bristol and refining his administrative skills through the Master's in Real Estate Consulting, Management and Promotion at the University of Barcelona.

Sandra Rodríguez

Sandra joined our team at Finques Parellades in September 2023 as the most recent addition. Young and dynamic, she stands out for her effectiveness at work. Her constant desire for learning makes her a self-taught individual capable of solving any unforeseen issues that may arise. The experience she has gained in customer service throughout her career has made her approachable, empathetic, and always ready to help with a smile.

Carlota Oliveras

ARCHITECT

Carlota graduated in Architecture from La Salle Ramon Llull University in Barcelona in 2017 and furthered her studies by completing a Master's in Interior Design at the Superior School of Interior Design of Barcelona, ES Design. Before joining the Interior Design team at Parellades, she gained professional experience in two architecture studios in Barcelona, where she participated in both new residential construction projects and comprehensive housing and contract renovation projects. Her work is distinguished by her creative input and her comprehensive vision of projects, which, thanks to her dual training, encompasses everything from the constructive aspect of architecture to the finer details of interior design. Her humanitarian awareness led her to New York, where she participated in the reconstruction of homes affected by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. She speaks Spanish, Catalan, and English fluently.

Javier Quintanilla

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Javier began his studies at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. There, his innate curiosity for construction and spaces led him to pursue two years of design and architecture studies. He completed his education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, which he split between the University of Barcelona and Middlesex University in London, where he perfected his English. Afterward, he earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. His work is distinguished by his organization, attention to detail, and a style that combines beauty with practical functionality.

Angels Ricart

INTERIORIOR DESIGNER

Angels has been dedicated to interior design for over 25 years. She is passionate about her work and, as a true creative, she cannot conceive of her job without absolute dedication. All of her projects are fully customized, conceived after deeply understanding the client's needs and adapting to their budget. A great specialist in optimizing spaces (she has completed many projects in small apartments), she manages to amaze in larger homes, commercial spaces, and more.
